and a representative from Signature Senior Lifestyle, will also attend to answer your questions.
Spring has submitted a new Planning Application so we felt that you would all like to have an update from someone who knows what is going on.
Last year’s AGM was not quorate because too few Residents attended
We must now ratify decisions taken at that AGM & we also propose reducing the number of Residents required to form a quorum.
This won’t take long but must be done or your Forum will have a problem.
